We honor all required carrier keywords (START, STOP, HELP, UNSTOP) and also provide our own program-specific commands: CONNECT, OPTOUT, and OPTHELP. All opt-in evidence (timestamp and source) is automatically stored. Messaging is limited to U.S. recipients. Frequency may vary and data rates may apply.

• Text OPTOUT to unsubscribe (or reply STOP).
• Text OPTHELP for help (or reply HELP).

Please note: sending START, STOP, UNSTOP, or HELP as the only word in a message will always be interpreted as a universal texting command, not a conversational message to the Tatum device. Users should avoid sending these single-word commands unless they intend to trigger an opt-in, opt-out, or help action.
